Agri-LL-Invest
The Belgian company Agri-LL-Invest was established in 2018 and invests exclusively in land for arable farming in the fertile Belgian Leemstreek, free of lease agreements. It owns approximately 540 hectares of free land (as opposed to leased land), primarily consisting of large plots of the highest quality, which it operates directly.
For the past three years, we have been applying regenerative farming techniques to half of our land. We are actively working on transitioning the rest of our fields to regenerative agriculture, driven by our commitment to sustainable and restorative farming practices.
Investing in lease-free arable land is the ultimate hedge against inflation and the loss of purchasing power of the euro. Long-term data shows that land prices double every 10 years, thus always providing a higher return than inflation rates.
Between 20 and 25% of the capital is held in this investment.
